Is the initial pool evaluation free?
Yes. Our pre-estimate evaluation for new weekly service is complimentary. Diagnostic visits, repairs, and other service work may carry a charge, which we’ll explain before scheduling.
Are chemicals included in the monthly fee?
Chemicals are billed separately based on your pool’s needs. We’ll explain how pricing works when preparing your service recommendation.
Can you help with a green pool?
Tell us about the pool’s condition and whether you’re looking for ongoing weekly care. We handle algae recovery as part of getting suitable pools onto our weekly program; we do not offer one-time algae cleanups for customers who are not joining weekly service.
