OWNER

Jeff is the owner of Sunrise Pool & Spa and has spent the last four years building a pool service company rooted in reliability, clear communication, and customer satisfaction. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Jeff brings a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to the business and genuinely enjoys helping customers find solutions they can trust. When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find him relaxing by his pool with a cold Juicy Jay in hand—or hunting down vintage 1980s baseball cards for his collection. Jeff is married with two kids and two puppies, and somehow still finds time to volunteer as a high jump coach at Weddington Middle School. A self-proclaimed early bird, he fuels his mornings with coffee and his drive time with the SmartLess podcast or a little ’80s music. Jeff’s philosophy is simple: show up, communicate clearly, and take care of people—and the rest tends to work itself out.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Josh is a service technician at Sunrise Pool & Spa and brings over five years of pool industry experience to the team. A Charlotte native, Josh joined Sunrise in October 2024 and enjoys working outdoors while helping customers feel confident their pools are safe and ready to enjoy. Outside of work, Josh spends much of his time with his three kids and enjoys music, reading, movies, and being outdoors. He has a creative background in music and filmmaking and once played and sang for a living for churches. Fueled by energy drinks and usually listening to a mix of R&B or classic singer-songwriters on the drive, Josh is known by his coworkers as hardworking and fun. He believes great pool service comes down to attention to detail and truly listening to customers—always asking himself before leaving a pool, “Would I let my own children swim here?”

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Red is a service technician at Sunrise Pool & Spa, and brings over five years of pool industry experience to the team. Originally from Gastonia, North Carolina, Red joined Sunrise in the spring of 2025 and enjoys the freedom of working outdoors while keeping pools running smoothly. Outside of work, Red is deeply involved in music—writing, producing, and engineering his own projects—and even serves as an on-set photographer for the TV show Models & the City. He’s married, has a 15-year-old daughter, and is the only team member who can say he owns a ball python. Red spends his drive time listening to The Joe Rogan Experience, unwinding with video games, and occasionally enjoying a well-earned beer. Known by his coworkers as funny, hardworking, and maybe a little talkative, Red believes great pool service is all about getting the job done right—with no surprises along the way.
